“I now have the ability to take on a subject with no trouble at all”
This final program was, in the fullest sense of the word, “perfect”. With the grammar courses and the Student Hat, I now have the tools to be at cause with the subjects of study and writing. This was particularly useful because I was having some trouble with studying and with my own language, which was cleared up with the greatest of ease. I now have, with certainty and full conceptual understanding, the ability to take on a subject with no trouble at all, study it, and then communicate it to the point of reception by another. And this was all thanks to the works of L Ron Hubbard with his fantastic course on the subject of study, “The Student Hat”. I am very thankful that I was able to add this course to my program.
The second course that really helped me in regards to study and communication was Grammar Workbooks 1 & 2. Even though these books were quite extensive on practical application and demonstration, they were necessary. Without this course, I would not have understood all the uses of the parts of speech and grammar symbols clearly shown in the textbooks. To support this further, there is a section of the Student Hat stating that the problem with grammar is that there is not enough information in dictionaries on what grammar is, and there are no examples of how it is used. This was not the case with the grammar workbooks at all. There were copious amounts of literature regarding the definitions of these vital grammatical symbols and uses, as well as multiple sections requiring demonstration and duplication. This all tallied up to a solid and basic understanding of what grammar is and how to use English. I would recommend that anyone should do this course to get a firm grounding in English grammar, so they too can have understanding and feel at cause over the English language when writing.
The last course I would like to praise here is the Your Right Career book. When I first picked up this course, I thought it would be a short little course (judging by its size) and that I would not get too much out of it. Little did I know how far this course would take me on my journey to a proper plan on how I was to progress from here on out. It made me realize what my goals are in life and how I was going to set myself up to achieve them, instead of leaving me in a lost “nowhere” and unable to find my path in life. I would like to thank the authors of this course: Bernard Percy and Lee Eichenbaum, for making my path clear as day to me and giving me that extra push to get me going on my road to success and happiness.
I would also like to thank my teacher, for making sure I had an understanding of all the courses I was doing and keeping me going when I was having trouble with words I did not understand.
Lastly, I would like to thank Applied Scholastics Online Academy for making it possible for me to achieve a proper education, without which I would have been unable to walk on this path to the successful life I always wanted.
