The purpose of this book, Games to Outwit Foxy Words and Prevent Writing Mistakes, is to give students more practice with English basics. The workbook covers common writing mistakes, troublesome verbs, homonyms and other basics to help students to prefect their written and verbal communication.
The games in the workbook are designed to ensure students are ready to study grammar materials at the high school level. If a student does not have these basics down after doing the workbook, the teacher may wish to have that student do the workbook a second time. Alternatively, the teacher may wish to create additional pages for any area where the student needs further practice.
